Yesterday, Kings Heath BID hosted its first Networking Event of 2024, and it was a great success! In true Kings Heath style, we didn’t go for a formal dinner, but got active with an amazing circus skills workshop courtesy of Joe from CircusMASH! He took us through various circus skills from juggling to aerial silks, and made it absolutely accessible to everyone, whether natural tightrope walker or first-time plate spinner. Catering was graciously provided by Papa John’s Kings Heath. We are grateful to everyone who made the night a success and all who attended.
The event provided an opportunity for local business owners from all sectors to get to know each other in an informal setting, and we hope to use these kind of events to foster a closer-knit business community in our little corner of Birmingham. That’s why we’ve already started thinking about our next networking event – stay tuned for more info soon! It will probably take place some time in May, so keep your eyes peeled for when we announce it. If you run a business in or around the Kings Heath area, we’d love to see you there.
