Who are Revuie?
Kings Heath BID is partnering with Birmingham-based hospitality review app, Revuie. Revuie are looking to authenticate reviews for bars and restaurants, starting with Birmingham. Every review must include a photo or video of the restaurant, and can include a 140 characters to let others know about the place in a nutshell. They use ReAl (the Revuie Algorithm) which takes account of various factors to ensure authenticity of reviews. By contributing your reviews, you can earn badges, such as ‘King of the Heath’ or ‘Alright Bab’ in the app and level up. The app is available for iOS and Android from the respective app stores. What is the WKHNDR?
From the 9th-12th November, you can earn real badges for reviewing bars and restaurants in Kings Heath, in our WKHNDR event (pronounced ‘weekender’). By reviewing 5 venues, you will have earned a WKHNDR pin badge, and by writing 10 reviews over the weekend you can earn a gold pin badge. What’s more, each review you write of a bar or restaurant in Kings Heath will count as an entry into a prize draw from our sponsors!*
