Kings Heath Half Term

This half-term shouldn’t just be about trying to keep the kids occupied! After a stop-start few years, our guide is here to help create some new memories and explore the variety of fun, family entertainment Kings Heath has to offer.

An open calendar can be intimidating, so if you need a little help trying to fill the empty hours, check out these indoor and outdoor venues that will guarantee the family a week’s worth of fun this half term.

Hickory Dickory’s – Equipped with trampolines, slides, sports pitches and a multi-level play frame for Under-12’s and a softer, safer, separate play area for Under-5’s, Hickory Dickory’s is perfect for an afternoon of fun for your little ones. And the Clock Cafe is open for parents, providing coffee, quick bites and a direct view of the play area.

Running from 10:30 – 12:00, it’s a chance for the family to have some creative fun, painting mugs, plates, vases and more! Popolo will also be taking what you make away to be glazed, fired and ready to collect a few weeks later – just in time for Mother’s Day.

Circus Mash – Half Term is the perfect time to try something new and promising circus fun, games and performances from 10am – 1pm all week long, Circus Mash’s Half Term Youth Workshop offers just that!

Kings Heath Library – There’s an Alien Takeover at the Kings Heath Library! Throughout half term, kids are encouraged to drop in, create and craft their very own alien. Why not make a day of it and stay for a pop-up storytime too?
