October 20, 2019

The Autumnal months are finally upon us and to welcome in the new season, our annual ‘Fall for Kings Heath’ trail competition returns to help colour our high street all shades of red, green, orange and yellow.

We asked the children of Kings Heath to get their creative hats on and decorate their very own leaves which will then be hidden around businesses on the High Street to create this Autumn trail over the half-term week.

The decorated leaves will be hidden up and down our High Street in various shops and cafes to form the ‘Fall for Kings Heath’ trail! The fun will launch from Saturday 26th October and we hope to see lots of little explorers out and about in Kings Heath hunting down the leaves and their corresponding numbers.

To participate in the trail, all you have to do is pick up a map, from the 26th October, at either one of our drop off/collection stations which are:

Kings Heath Library (2 High Street) or

I Had One Of Those (31 York Road)

and then you are all set!

Alternatively, you can download the map from here and print at home yourselves.

Find 10 or more leaves and you could win a prize! When you have completed filling in the map, please return them to either one of our drop off points (Kings Heath Library or I Had One of Those) by Sunday 3rd November and pick up a chocolatey goody (whilst stocks last).

Once all your maps have been handed in and the half term week is over, we will randomly pick a lucky explorer to win a prize!

We look forward to seeing everyone’s completed leaves transform the High Street!

Good luck!

Winners will be contacted by telephone after November 5th and shared via social media.
