Easter is just around the corner already!! This year we have teamed up with the Easter Bunny and are busy preparing for the return of the Kings Heath Great Easter Egg Hunt!

For all of you Mums, Dads, and little ones you who haven’t joined in before, the Kings Heath Great Easter Egg Hunt is a fun, free way to keep the kids entertained here in Kings Heath, and of course, be in with a chance of winning some chocolatey treats over Easter! The hunt will take place over the Easter school holidays, from Friday 7th April until Sunday 23rd April, and just like last year, your task is to find all of the beautifully decorated Easter Eggs hidden in businesses up and down our High Street and displayed in our Easter Egg exhibition in community spaces!

But before the fun begins, we need YOUR help this half term to decorate the Easter Eggs ready for the Easter Bunny to hide! He has already hopped his way through Kings Heath, dropping off Egg templates for the kids to colour in over half term.

You can pick up a template from Togademus, I Had One Of Those, Cooshoo, Armadillo, Kings Heath Library, Maison Mayci, Loco Lounge, Kitchen Garden Cafe, and Love 2 Lounge, BUT remember, the more bold and bright they are, the easier they will be to spot! Many of our businesses taking part are happy for your little ones to decorate an Egg in store (just ask a friendly member of staff!), so parents, you can grab yourself a coffee and put your feet up whilst they enjoy some free colouring in.

Easter Egg templates will be available in stores from Monday 20th February, and please remember to return your completed Easter Eggs to one of our collection points by Friday 31st March to give the Easter Bunny plenty of time to hide them for the trail! You can also download a template for a plain Easter Egg here, a zigzag Easter Egg here, or a swirly Easter Egg here.
