CAPTURE KINGS HEATH: SUMMER EDITION 2019

Cameras at the ready…the Capture Kings Heath competition Summer Edition 2019 is now OPEN!

To mark a glorious summer in Kings Heath, we have relaunched our popular Capture Kings Heath competition! It’s time to grab your camera or iPhone and send us your snaps of Kings Heath looking it’s vibrant best over the next 6 weeks. Whether it’s our bustling High Street and markets, our nature and wildlife, your favourite hidden gem or the people that make our community so great… get snapping! (just remember to ask their permission beforehand!).

Two talented photographers, chosen by an online public vote and an expert judging panel, will be in with a chance of winning a cash prize of up to £150 AND have their work viewed by thousands. 

Since launching the competition back in 2016, we have received almost 300 stunning entries of Kings Heath – check out the Autumn 2016 entries, Spring 2017 entries and Summer 2018 entries for some inspiration. 

The competition closes at midday on Friday 2nd August 2019, and all entries will then be put to a one week public vote for the good people of Kings Heath and a panel of judges to choose their favourite image. You can submit as many photographs as you like – the more you enter, the more chance you’ll have of winning! Simply email your entries to photography@enjoykingsheath.com. We will announce the TWO lucky winners on our Facebook page on 9th August 2019.

Please note, Kings Heath BID may use photographs entered into the competition in the future (you might recognise some images on our website and the Enjoy Kings Heath Magazine!) but if you would like to opt out, simply let us know when they are submitted.
